A: Yes! We provide pet waste removal for private homes, apartment complexes, dog parks, and businesses that need regular cleanup.
Service & Scheduling
Q: How often do you clean up pet waste?
A: We offer weekly, and one-time cleanups. Custom scheduling options are also available upon request.
Q: Do I need to be home during service?
A: No, you do not need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of the waste removal and notify you when the job is complete.
Q: What happens if my gate is locked?
A: If we can’t access your yard due to a locked gate, we will contact you to reschedule. To avoid delays, we recommend keeping gates unlocked on your scheduled service day or providing us with a key/combination.
Q: Can my dog be in the yard during service?
A: For the safety of both your pets and our team, we ask that aggressive dogs be kept inside during service. If your pet is friendly, we’re happy to work around them.

Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does your service cost?
A: Our standard rates start at $25 per week for one to two dogs, with small additional fees for extra dogs. One-time cleanups and commercial pricing vary based on the size of the property and waste amount. Contact us for a personalized quote!
Q: How do I pay for your services?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash payments. Soon Recurring customers can set up automatic billing for convenience.
Q: Do you charge extra for initial cleanups?
A: If there is a significant buildup of waste, there may be an additional one-time fee for the first cleanup. We will discuss this with you before service begins.
Sanitation & Safety
Q: How do you ensure sanitation and prevent disease spread?
A: We follow strict sanitation protocols, including sterilizing our tools and footwear before and after each job. This prevents the spread of bacteria and parasites between yards.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes! East End Scooper Troopers is fully insured, ensuring your property and our team are protected while we provide service.
Q: What do you do with the waste after you collect it?
A: We securely bag and dispose of the waste according to local regulations. If you prefer, we can leave the bagged waste in your designated trash bin.
Weather & Cancellations
Q: Do you work in bad weather?
A: We operate in most weather conditions. However, in cases of extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, ice storms, lightning), we may reschedule service for safety reasons.
Q: What if I need to cancel or pause service?
A: No problem! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll adjust your schedule.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
A: Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re ever unhappy with a cleanup, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to fix the issue free of charge.
